i'm afraid you've created a monster - not in a bad way. i think that's what i've done with my dog. she is getting spayed though so the pregnancy won't be a concern.

she had serious issues when i'd put her in her crate or leave when i first got her, so i started taking her everywhere with me! i started putting her in her crate when i was sitting on the couch...and eventually moved the crate to the other side of the room (but where she could see me) after awhile. now, i think she's somewhat comfortable in her crate and less anxious when i'm not around.

i still take her with me when i can - sometimes i can't because i have to go to the store and i have 2 kids along with the pup - and i find myself trying to hurry when i do that. it's a hard habit to break, that's for sure!
