It is just a simple green line on their underbelly about an inch long... They have had it for a couple of years now and it hasn't lightened any...

Same here with JoJo. Just a tiny 1/4 inch green line near his incision site to indicate he's been neutered. It's never bothered him, and it's hardly noticeable.
