The vet called me today to give me an update on Tucker, said that he had IV's all night and into this am and he tube fed him with barium in it so that he could make sure that it made it all of the way through him with no blockages which was ok. Did a heartworm check which was negative and said theres was no vomiting or diarhea today also. He thinks that it could have been a case of gastritis or a mild case of pancreatis. They kept him yet tonight and tomorrow for a little more observation but he said he feels good about it because all of the tests are coming back good. I just hope that he will start eating and gain some of the weight back that he lost. Hopefully I can find a food that will agree with him and he will like. I hope that he will be able to come home tomorrow. I sure miss my little guy. |
