This happened to Sasha a couple of months ago, she fell off the couch and hit her head hard on a toy. I took her to the vet right away and after 2 hours and $220.00, he sent me home with no real answers. All your baby needs is some TLC. Keep her hydrated (Sasha's nose was very dry too) and keep an eye out for her. If she's not going potty then I would take her to the vet... but Sasha didn't want to eat, play, do anything but lay around, and she did this for about two days. After that she was perfectly fine.
