Are Yorkies healthy if they are under 4lbs full grown? I have read that if they fall under that weight that they will be sickly.

I have chosen a yorkie that is 1.2 lbs at 8 weeks and the breeder said she might not get over 3 lbs full grown. Should I be concerned?
