Yes, these issues are time sensitive. My Bijou can attest to that. She was born with twisted rear legs (I believe from crowding in utero) and I took my (then) vet's advice. Bijou is crippled for life and I could just kick myself for not knowing what to do at the time.

From reading back over the OP, I can't really tell what's up with this baby. It could be as simple as a too fat baby. I only saw mention of 2 pups so that could be the case. In any event, I would be worried if, by 8 weeks, there was any problem with her walking.
