I did the teeth molds with the gel worn at night......It was great.....That was at least eight years ago, I believe I paid about $300.....

I always do the touch ups myself since I have the molds. I do about two days of touch every six months or so depending on if I'm feeling dull.....I use Nite White for the touch ups......The dentist is always saying how white they are...

I say go for it, you'll love it!
