I just finished reading an article from Cornell vet school and their behavorists have come to the conclusion that dogs have the same mentality of a two year old. So with this in mind you have to baby proof your home as if a two year old lived
there all the time.
I and a friend put wire all around my deck and I have older dogs but I would rather be safe than sorry.
