Default puppy

4 wks old is way to young to be let out on it's own. It probably wasn't even drinking water by itself yet. Bad breeders and petshops trap people by the "replacement/exchange" the dog policy. Most people would rather keep the dog because they've fallen in love with it or they don't want to chance getting another sick one. Either way you have to pick up the vet bills. Keep taking that baby to the vet. I don't even think she's old enough for her first worming to be effective. I'm not sure what products you would have there that we have. Watch her close. Good luck with this little one. I hope that you persue legal action to get your money back, have her pay for those vet bills, and put that uncaring breeder out of buisness.
