107barney's offer is still on the table. IF you truly do want to keep your pet, you certainly have nothing to lose and everything to gain by letting someone else help you out. I'm sorry, but the lease, as you described it, sounds off. That is just not typical of leases for rental properties. I find it a bit far fetched. |
