Congratulations on the new job!! I eat so much chicken I'm starting to get feathers but it can be healthy and versitale.
I usually prepare meals for a few days so I don't eat junk.
I grill chicken, bake a few potato's, grill or steam a bunch of veggies.
Salads are only good if you make them harty and healthy with baby spinach, beans, little cheese-feta-goat-gorganzola, dried cranberry, nuts~
My favorite lunch is baby spinach, tuna, tomato, mushrooms and salted sunflowerseeds or
romaine, grilled chicken, black beans, corn, cucumbers with a little feta.
In the winter I usually add some whole grain pasta to my salads to fill you up~ good luck |
