If you were not a tenent who abused the policy I would go down fightening.
A pet is a family member. If children drew on walls in the hall ways does that
mean all children are banned from the promises or just the ones who drew on the wall. If they can't prove it was your dog who was not cleaned up after
they shouldn't be able to just say get rid of the dog. That does not even
sound legal. Tell them to catch the ones who make the mess and don't clean
it up and tell them to get rid of their dogs. I would not give up so easy.
