I found the glass jar was a bit of a "harsher" sound and achieved a better result. My office fronts on a sidewalk, with windows from floor to ceiling. All types of dogs and small kiddos walk by daily and are a constant temptation to him...
The can of pennies worked with Rex and it has so far worked with Rudy.
