I wouldn't go down without a fight... If it was stated in your lease that you can have a pet, then fight it... I would move before I would give up my babies!! Especialy my Nicky!! I wanted a yorkie all my life and there is no way I would ever give him up!! I would sue him, cause if it says on your lease that you can have a pet then they HAVE to honor that!!!
