My mom had lost a dog to cancer when I decided to surprise her with a Yorkie from the same litter as mine, when i went to get mine. She still had a dog at home, a 1/2half chow 1/2german Sheppard. Not sure of the weight but huge.. She is the sweetest dog in the world, so I wasn't worried. They immediately got along great, Cassie (the big one) thinks shes his (bear) mommy. they are inseparable!! Good luck!
