Yes, dogs can absolutely do handstands. We have a member on here that her yorkie does it due to hip problems (?) i think. But the way *this* particular puppy is doing it you can tell it is fake. the way he is being lifted up from the waist i mean, rather than controlling himself with his torso/core muscles.

The chi vid the amount of pee is fake, is what I meant. They just doctored the original vid to continue the peeing for an unreal amount of time. If you look closely at the trail the pee leaves, eventually you can see the exact same pattern. No way a dog can do that.
