My 3 and a half month Yorkie has an umbilical hernia, I wasn't sure if it was poking out when I first got and took him to the vet.... but now it is. The vet said when we neutered him we could do the surgery but was this before it was sticking out? Is it hurting him? Should I take him to the vet?
