I think you should really wait for them to fall out on their own and if they have not fallen out by the time he is 1 year (I think around 1 year, you should ask your vet) then you should take him to the vet to have them pulled out. As far as I have been informed by the vet and other owners of yorkies, it is best for their teeth fall out on their own (unless the adult teeth start growing as a second roll in their mouth then the vet has to take them out or there will be two rows of teeth and this is uncomfortable for the dog).
