I live in South MS. I normally would see a hawk or two at my parents' place, but this was before i had Bella and before i even thought of big birds taking small dogs and such. i hadn't seen any recently, until today. i decided to take my babies out for a walk around our apt complex after Easter Sunday Mass and saw a huge hawk circling overhead. it flew in our direction and swooped down a few feet. Instantly i picked both my babies up, and it flew on past. Needless to say i promptly went inside after that.
