Yes it sure is and she was told this by just about everyone on YT but it was done anyhow. She said the puppy flew with with the breeder in the cabin (have my doubts on that), but the age requirement is 8 weeks whether in cabin or cargo. So someone lied. Either the vet (doubt it) or the breeder when giving the vet the puppy's birthday/age. Just shameful!
