Also, they could really get in trouble for this if they sought out tenants with the premise that they were a "pet-friendly" community. If this situation has become that problematic for management, then what they should do is change their pet policy for future tenants only, while leaving their current tenants' agreements as they are.
This community must be nuts to think that all those people will just dispose of their pets on a whim's notice. |
