I did shave them all the way down, and very often. It wasn't until he reached 8 months old (a month ago) that I stopped. I gave up. I heard if they haven't stood by then, they will most likely not be standing. I shaved those bad boys from the time he was 4 months old! 4 months of shaving and massaging... I got so tired of it.
