I am not walking Frankie. Two neighbors across the street have 2 large dogs each. They use electric fences in their front yards NOT BACK. These two sets of dogs bark and growl every time I go to my mailbox or get out of my car. I fear if I take Frankie on a walk, pack mentality will take place and they will break through, and Frankie will be lunch. How would you tactfully handle this situation without causing a neighborhood uproar?
