She is scared of something and you will probably never know exactly what it is but my suggestion is, you have to provide her a safe and secure place. She needs a crate (her den her home) as a place for her to go to and feel secure. You don't have to shut her in but have it available. If you don't have a crate then get a box and hang a towel over it so she can go in. The next thing I would do is have a sling where you can carry her around until she feels confident again. A mother would do this for a frightened child so it is important you give her a safe and comforting place.
I also would not let a lot of other people pick her up or touch her...(is it possible you have introduced new people?) but leave her along if this is what she wants or carry her in a sling. She is frightened and is reacting this way.
