I agree with some of what has been said...she is young and you can never tell when something will upset or just startle your little one. I think that if she had an area/place that she could have as her own to go to that is familiar, she would probably feel safe.
Get down on your hands and knees and look up at everything. This is what your little is dealing with, while it may not seem like a big deal to you, it is to her, she's just a little tiny thing at 9 weeks and the world is one giant place. Just give her some extra specal attention and cuddles. I am sure she is just feeling a little overwhelmed and wants some reassurance. This is after all new to her.
