I felt so bad...but it wasn't my fault, I was travling down the road and the owner got out her car from her drive way and her yorkie jumped out of her car and ran in the street...I tried to stop but it was to late and if would have hit dry brakes the car behind me would have hit me and the I would have hit the other car in the lane head on if I had to turn in the other lane. I felt sooooo bad ,I ran over to the owner of the dog and she was holding her yorkie in her arms, omg, I didn't know what to say, I mean what do you say? I felt like I was the the bad guy...that is still on my mind, I don't even like passing in front of the house now.
