I've paid as little as $1 and as much as $8. Target's dollar section has shirts a lot for between $1 and 2.50 - and there are always adorable shirts/dresses at Walmart. After the season's are over, if you take some of the stuff to the scanners, they come up between $1 and $5. I also watch for clearance stuff at Petsmart.
My husband was dead against clothes before we got Morgan - now he loves seeing the outfits I bring home for her and thinks she's adorable in them.
