So sorry about them closing down your account. Taking care of good customers doesn't seem to be a priority of many companies these days. Every one of my cc finance charges have been increased recently & I always pay on time & have very good credit score. |
i totally agree that Dell's tech support sucks even if you can understand what they are saying due to the language of many of the techs since most are in foreign countries. I have bought two from them but next time, I am going to Walmart. They are selling HP's, Mac's and also Dell.
