It could mean a whole bunch of things..she could be mad at you or she could have just had an accident. It definitely sounds like either way, she was trying to hide it
If it was just an accident, how potty trained is she? if not 100%, I wouldn't worry about it. if she
NEVER pees in the house, I would watch her carefully to be sure she's not having to pee all the time, if so, it could mean a kidney issue. Not trying to scare you, it was probably nothing, that's just something that I would have in the back of my mind. It could also be that she tried telling you she needed to go out, and you just didn't catch it or ignored her cause you were busy (I have done it, as I think we all have...) or something. Little stinker though, trying to cover it up!
