No one is tollerating late payments I have a credit card that I was NEVER late on and they raised it to over 25% interest!!! WHY? Because others arent paying their debts, so they are making everyone else pay!!! GRRR!

This same thing has happened to several other people I know. So, it doesnt surprise me that Dell did this. Everyone is losing money and they are afraid if bills get higher they wont collect. It is very annoying because crap happens and sometimes you pay late. But, it doesnt mean you/I will always be late. They dont care, they treat you like crap!! They quickly forget the MANY years of paying on TIME!

I know it totally stinks, sorry this happened to you.
