I have to agree with the others, it sounds like/is a scam. As far as cost goes, have you tried the rescue groups in your area? There are many pups waiting to be adopted and go to a nice forever home. The pups will be up to date on their shots, spayed/nuetered before they are adopted out. If you are looking for a yorkie that is registered with the AKC and has papers then you need to find a good breeder in your area. Ask the YT members in the breeders or the rescue forums for more help.
