We have hardwood in the kitchen and main hallway. Bailey hasn't damaged them at all - however, she slides on them alot. She'll walk on the runner and rugs whenever possible for traction.
Whenever she gets excited and wants to take off and run on the hardwood, her hind legs spin just like the flinstones - we just say "yaba daba doooo"
