I got this at Target ($25) and covered the steps with those 99cent rubber placemats and my staple gun. I got them for the couches and the bed, and covered them with placemats that matched the color scheme of the room for that designer touch.
FYI - The top opens opens up for storage, and it also comes in white.
I love the ramp idea-at the foot of the bed and not in the way. Do you think I could make one with my staple gun? hehehe
