WELCOME TO YT! It's good that you're going to have your Belle spayed, just make sure she is done before your new boy arrives just to be safe. I found my year old boy for around your price range. I spent a total of $500 because I had him shipped. My one year old is a dream! Good breeders sometimes hold on to pups hoping to show them but sometimes it doesn't work out and they need to find them new homes.
