Sophie Kate (yes a girl) mounts my arm at times still. It is a dominance thing.
When I was a new Yorkie owner I asked my vet and she said the best thing is to remove her from what ever she is "mounting/humping" (my arm) and not to make a big deal.
It is very embarassing, she does it when we have company and if I am not paying enough attention to her.
