I'm not sure if it's true but someone on CL posted that if you flag something as "best of craigslist", it takes more than 3 flaggers to have it removed? So anytime I see something like the "shelter message" or shelter listings, posted on there, I do flag it as "best of cl" and I do notice those postings stay up a little longer than normal.
