I am a coffee addict, I have at least 2 cups in the morning (sometimes 3) and I almost always have an iced coffee in the afternoon. All winter too. My only saving calorie grace is, I don't do sweetener at all, nor creamer, nor cream. For me it's just 1% milk in my coffee. I love regular in the morning but flavored in the afternoon. I just LOVE coffee, and I LOVE my Keurig machine!  I even spoiled myself with a very high rated, expensive coffee pot... I wanted to suck every drop of flavor from each ground and the whole pot (10 cups) brews in about 5 mins. I love my coffee pot! It's a Capresso (something like that) Brewing coffee has to do with the machine as much as the beans, I learned that!
