I'm not sure, but I doubt it. Hair has mostly to do with genetics, not products or the way you cut it. I mean products can help, like conditioning, etc, but the actual thickness and amount of hair, I doubt you can change. Just like people hair. I have tried all the products you can imagine, but nothing makes my hair look thicker.
