Awww soo cute! We almost got an African grey about a year ago. We were 3 hours away from getting a Yellow naped amazon from our animal shelter. An elderly woman passed away and left her beautiful bird to a friend. Well the friend didn't want him so she gave him to the shelter. We waited 3 days for the lady to pick the bird up or not. My dad was about to drive over there to get him when the lady came and picked up the bird.
I was so looking forward to another bird.
