I say that behavior is not acceptable even in a 3 month old puppy. Have you discussed this behavior with her breeder? Has it happened in other of her puppies? What position was she in the hierarchy of the litter? How old was she when she was taken from her mom who sets the family(doggy) standards..This behavior has lots of causes and the one that comes to mind right now is that she was not conditioned when you first brought her home. She has no boundaries and is like a child needing to be trained. Best to start a training program NOW cause this behavior will NOT be cute when your baby is 6-12 months old. Also, her training before she came to you is a big influence and will continue to be..Good luck!
