Default Goat's Milk

I have a litter due at the end of April, so am trying to get all my ducks in row and stock up on all my supplies.
All the recipes for goat milk puppy formula that I have found (and hopefully, I don't need formula) call for canned goat's milk. I have been through every grocery store in the city and all the Walmarts as well and have not been successful in finding goat's milk in cans. I have found homogenized goat's milk sold in one grocery store. Does it have to be canned or would the grocery store milk work as well.

My other question is- does anyone know if the Esbilac goat's milk formula causes the same problems with puppies or is it safe to use. I remember reading the thread about Esbilac but don't know if this included the goat's milk one as well.

Thanks,

Audrey
