I do not add anything to them
I actually started making them because I have Sophia on a resticted diet. I have them dehydrated really dry to provide a long shelf life, I have had some last for over 6 months (I found them tucked away in the pantry not too long ago) I usually store them in the freezer, but I put about everything in the freezer ( cereal, flour
)
