Good wishes for a speedy and uneventful recovery. You will find this little scrawny chicken leg when the bandages come off. My little Grand-dog-der looked so embarassed of her skinny little leg. She just had a tuft of hair left on her foot and then the long coat from above which was pulled up out of the way. She had a very extensive surgery as well and is healing up great. She is now in the process of slowly regaining muscle on that leg to help keep it stable. Frequent short walks now. When she was first home she was carried in a baby sling cause she wanted to be with her Mommy all the time. Then she progressed to being in a baby playpen and now finally the walks. Yea! |
