Hi! I am from Cleveland , and actually had a hard time finding a breeder. I actually decided to go with a lady in Michigan( only a few hours a way well worth it!), and my little girl will be coming home in May! I know she still has puppies available, and she is on YT her name is Breny, and she owns Green's Treasured Yorkie's. She is a wonderful breeder, I get weekly pictures of the babies ( more like 3 times a week), and Video's! She will answer all your questions! Hope you check her out! She is a very ethical and responsible breeder!
