I have a five month old puppy and have tried EVERYTHING. Holding her, putting her in the crate, puppy seatbelt....giving her treats, having her in the car while it's not moving, etc etc etc. Nothing has worked. So...the vet suggested Cerenia. And it has worked wonders! We won't use it on short trips, but on the long ones we do. She still drools, but no more vomit. She also doesn't cry anymore.
