do not stress as those numbers are not bad they are below 100 and he probably has mvd as well - did they biopsy liver while doing shunt surgery? If not i really would not worry too much -you may need to do a lower protein food is all but if he is not having any symptoms and protein is below 22% and no symptoms then i would not worry again
