I agree. I no longer talk to one of my oldest friends anymore bc of the same reason. I always went to her stuff, but there were always so many people there and she would practically ignore me, or say inside jokes in front of me that I obviously didn't get. Then she would NEVER show up to my things, and I don't have a million friends like she does. So I don't go anymore. I doubt she even notices I'm not there.
