Sorry for posting incorrect info, but someone suggested she google to find out info. She can't google in China, so i thought I was helping by posting that info. It was from two different sites, and I thought I read it thoroughly and it made sense to me. I've never had to deal with anything like that before. I saw "thrid world country" and that's where she is.
But I do agree, if the hair is already falling out so much, as the OP said, it should be cut short. I don't think clumps of missing hair is necessarily a good look. Again, sorry for the wrong info.
