I've had my dog 2 1/2 weeks, and he's had three baths. This is not a choice thing for him. I use warm water, am gentle, and get through it as quickly as I can. He doesn't like it, but is back crazy playing as soon as he is done.
TIP: I learned at the hospital that you can warm blankets, towels, etc. quickly by putting them in the microwave for a little while. They do this at the hospital with blankets for the patients who complain about being "cold." Works great!
