NOBODY starts out knowing everything there is to know about Yorkie, or any dog for that matter. We ALL start somewhere. But how else will anyone learn unless the information is provided for them? No one in this thread was 'blasted' or 'fussed at.' The OP got some good answers, explanations and suggestions.
Why the need to make an issue when there wasn't one?
As far educating being a 'moot point' if someone already owns the dog... Should they just continue thinking something incorrect just because 'it's to late now?' What about the
other people who haven't bought a dog yet who could be reading and who could learn from the information? If you feel that getting a multitude of information and opinions from some very experienced breeders and owners is not "the right way to go about teaching someone" then unfortunately you will miss out on a great deal you would otherwise benefirt from. (And clearly you don't "get" the concept of public forums in general.) LOTS of people have the opportunity to read and learn from what has been posted, not just the OP.
